Are the tickets offered in presales decided by the vendor or the ticket agency? I was able to get in (using code supplied by Hoss Stevens below) but the tickets are horrible - extreme right or left of stage or top row of theater in two sections. Going to have to wait until General Sales I guess.

Shinedown is one of the greatest rock bands of all times. I am 61 and have enjoyed a life time of great rock & roll. I love hardrock, classic rock and the blues. From Alvin Lee to ZZ Top, I have lived a life of rocking. 5/5/20 at the house of rock in Dallas will be my 5th Shinedown show. 2 in St. Louis, 1 on OKC, 1 in Springfield Mo, and coming up in Dallas. I can't thank you all enough for the true life, the dignity and the ability to touch so so many lives in a positive way.
