why does it take forever to get the membership package

    Its been two months and I haven't recived anything most people that i talked to had to email shinedown nation to get the stuff that they had ordered weeks and weeks after the order was placed I oredered on 9/16/00 and still nothing .I wanted to wear the shirt to the Charlotte acustical show but that didnt happen. has any one  had any issues with this?
