    i have bought the sound of madness delux addition cd twice now. it says there is suppose to be a cd and dvd inside. the first time the cd worked and the other one didnt work at all. so i took it back and got a new one they are both cds there is no dvd in the package. both were new and unopened. has anyone else had this problem?
