Shinedown Nation Package

I become a member of Shinedown Nation about a month ago.  It was either late april or early may, it was before they changed the site.  I was wondering how long it takes to get the package (shirt, pin, letter, etc.)?  Just making sure I shouldn't have already got it by now and need to contact someone.  Thanks!
