I just signed up for fan club membership and was also wondering how to purchase early tickets with code

You can go to Ticketmaster and when prompted, enter the code SEVEN and it should let you in to purchase.

I didn't get one either - I bought my membership yesterday. There are people sharing the code in the Shinedown Nation facebook group if you show proof of membership.
