Anyone help a girl out? :)

I'm working on a tattoo design I've had stuck in my head for a few weeks now and it just keeps evolving.. I'm trying to get a hold of the sheet music for The Crow and the Butterfly... hell even just a picture would do. I kinda just want the chorus. I want to incorportate the music notes into my design if I can.. If anyone can help me out I'd be hella gracious!
