Still haven’t received my codes, or heard back after two emails. At this point I want my money reimbursed because the seats I wanted are now gone. I sat around all day waiting for the code and wasted a day off that could have been spent doing more productive things. Won’t be able to get online when the general sale opens because I’ll be at work so I’m screwed.

Seriously hoping to make my first international trip to see you guys in San Fransisco. Was disheartened to hear you cant make it to Australia but this Deep Dive concert is exactly what I have been dreaming of seeing for years, so Im all in.. I'm so hoping to get tickets during the presale tomorrow, but when I try to purchase a Shinedown Nation online membership so that I can get access to the presale, it tells me I am not authorized to view the page. Anyone have any suggestions or having the same problem? I've done it successfully in years past, so I don't think it's just computer illiteracy... It also doesn't show a 19-20 membership option, only 18-19. Not sure what to do with the onsale being only like 16 hours away!
