On Father's Day, 6/17/12, my 14 year old daughter, Brittany, was killed by someone driving under the influence of narcotics. My world as I knew it was gone in an instant. My wife & I have always loved the song "The Crow and The Butterfly" but it wasn't until we heard the Kansas City Live version when you explained how the song came to be that it shook me fully to the core. I knew in that instant it was THAT song that would be the inspiration for my memorial tattoo for my daughter. It took me 3 years to be able to finally say "it's time" to do this and this year, the day before Father's Day my tat was completed. I had my tat put on my left side (rib cage area) and I feel that my daughter is always by my side now. I can't thank you enough for being such an awesome and amazing band. Your songs touch people in ways I don't think you can fully understand. My wife and I will be in St. Petersburg, FL on 7/9/15. Balcony A section and look forward to what we know will be a memorable time for us in many ways!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!! Always a devoted fan, Brian Hare
