I went to see Shinedown in December 2010 when they came to Scranton for their acoustic tour. Brent explained the meanings behind some of the songs. It was very emotional and powerful for me when i learned what The Crow and The Butterfly meant and what each symbolized, because i have lived through it. Now i have my "crow" close to my heart forever. Thank you Shinedown, for giving me a song and an image to help me deal with this loss. <3
