Submitted By: Pete Seeing so many different answers just proves that every Shinedown song is amazing. It goes for me as well that I love every one of their songs. To pick one it would have to be Sound of Madness. The riff when it starts just gets it going and doesn't stop. Add to that the lyrics and you have the perfect song, very meaningful, at least to me. To live this short life to the fullest, not to make excuses for yourself because ultimately we all make our own decisions in our lives and we have to be accountable for them. We make the most of our own lives and don't let anyone else run your life. Have a strong mind and be responsible for your actions. Nobody said life was going to be easy, we all experience some kind of pain, how we learn from it is what makes or breaks us.

I'll listen to Devour and say 'ooh, that is my favorite!' and then I'll hear If You Only Knew and say 'no,wait...That is my favorite!' And so on, all the way through the whole album ;) Shinedown ROCKS!

Submitted By: Debbie(ladybiker46) Guys I love every song that Shinedown has recorded but there is something about The Crow & The Butterfly I LOve it when I saw you guys in Richmond Va I yelled out so loud and so much to play that song before you played it that I lost my voice so worth it though,every last one of ya are young enough to be my SON and I'm acting like I'm 18 again but this band is so ahead of it's self and I just love the new talent that is coming out. take care.
