Thanks so much to all of our fans out there! Our new album, THE SOUND OF MADNESS, shot in at number eight on the Billboard 200 album chart this week. It marked the biggest debut of our career today, and our first Top 10 album ever. We could not have done it without all of you guys!

We put a lot of work into this record and we've been determined from the beginning to make an album that people would feel was important to them and the world around them. It seems that not only our longtime fans but a lot of new fans are reacting to what theyre hearing. Were very thankful for that.

Also to the band, can't get enough of the new CD. It diffently rocks! It took me a couple of times to listen to it. The last CD was so powerful. The new CD is even better. It's almost hard to not contemplate the next CD, which I'm sure you guys will out do again. I attempted to watch the webchat video of the band. Unfortunately, I was only able to catch some parts of the conversation. Not sure what the problem was, but seemed liked bad satelite connection. For the parts that I did catch, I would like to say to the band, great job on answering what seemed to be excellant questions,and I appreciated as a new fan that all band members where apart of the interview. Keep up the great work, stay humble, keep your hearts in all the work you do with the band and rock on! As for the band members and their families/significant others, hope and wish the best to all for the remainder of the year. Luv your band, and hope too for many years. If your ever in Canada, I hope to come to one of your concerts. To the fans, keep the pictures coming! For those of us who are unable to get to the concerts for whatever reasons, it gives us a glimpse of what we are missing. I too thank all Shinedown's fans. Submitted By: LT\n\nI really didn't think it could get any better then Leave a Whisper or Us and Them, but you guys put out another badass CD. You guys are by far the most impressive band out. You nailed every different type of song on this album. The lyrics in every song are amazing. Because of things like this CD and your alls version of a classic like Simple man, ill always be a die hard Shinedown. Congrats on the CD, you all killed it.

Submitted By: chris\n\ni had never bought a shinedown cd before this one because bestbuy never has any lazy me . i bought this one because it was released same day as crue and it was right there. at first my favorite song was second chance then i woke up today with crow n butterfly in my head but on the way to the beverage today the great words of what a shame hit me what a cd and your gonna be touring with blackstone cherry i gotta be there
