Thanks to everyone who voted in the Fuse's Best of 2009. We're proud to say that Shinedown successfully made it to the next round and managed to beat out Slipknot!

Shinedown's now up against Papa Roach as we get closer to the final round of voting. They need your help to win! After all this award is all about the fans, so head on over to Fuse and vote now, and remember since there is no voting limit, you can vote again and again!

I love both bands but Shinedown is my FAVORITE BAND around so Papa Roach has gotta go down on this one. Jacoby and co. still and always will rock like few out there though.

I kept having problems with the voting page yesterday so I don't know how many of my votes went through. I'm trying to just take one round at a time so I don't feel so crazy. We're at a point now that you have no choice but to look ahead a little. I have been voting for the underdogs to keep from making the competitions vote #'s from going any higher:) Every little bit helps. I don't like any of the others enough to worry about them anyway. Except for Linkin Park and they are underdogs right now anyway:) Everyone please vote in any of your spare time, if we go down, we'll at least know we tried our hardest for these guys and they'll know too. Their vote numbers should be a lot higher than they are right now!!! Brent Smith is my "HERO"! Shinedown is the best no matter what the end results are!!! I remember when America sent Chris Daughtry home on American idol and I said, the world is crazy!!!! I was right......see where Daughtry is with his career now......where the hell is the winner at now. I don't even remember who won!!! Shinedown Rocks!!! :D

Brent is a singing angel!! "If You Only Knew" is dedicated to my son, Christopher. He is joining the Marines. I raised this wonderful Man by myself. He did "Help me live & learn", I will "toss & turn like the sea" when he leaves. He's following his desire, that breathes breath in me!! Music can be very powerful if people will listen.
