Its Been too long Friends!!!

Hello everyone JC here Shinedowns new man of the cloth. Jake had to leave for personal reasons and I have big shoes to fill. Sorry we have been slacking on getting these blogs out to you but, we will be better from now on. It has been an amazing several weeks since I have joined the crew and I take it from me this is an amazing group of people to work with, band and crew! So what have we been up to? Well from the blazing sun of Oklahoma, to the chilly evening of Aughust Fest we have been working like crazy to ensure that everyone goes home from the show with memory they will never forget. I have met so many amazing people that come up to the merch and tell me so many cool stories about their experiences, thank you for sharing a little bit of your life with me! Panda, Chris, Carlos, and myself went to Six Flags Great America the other day and holy cow we had a blast. Definilty get one of those speed passes if you ever go. We rode roller coasters from sun up to well after sun down. It was a great time.

Other than that it is the usual wake up load in, do a show, load out, go to bed, wake up somewhere else and do it all over again. And on the gloriouse days off we do what anyone else would do, hit the mall and most definitly best buy, catch a movie, and if there is a Fridays or outback near the hotel you know where to find us for a few frosty beers before bed. Well since we are all at home now for a few more short days I will sign off. I have alot of my favorite shows to watch on the DVR to clear up space for the next leg of the tour, and can you say WEST COAST! We cannot wait to see everyone, make sure to stop by say hi, and let us say thank you for giving us all the best jobs in the world, because if it weren't for all of you we would not be able to do what we love to do. From sunny Florida, hopefully these hurricains will not hit us, have a good one and see ya soon!
