Shinedown fans, how are you all doing? We just got a box full of cool stuff from the band and want to give it to you. Were going to start going through all the comments on the site over the next few weeks and randomly picking out people to send this stuff too. Weve got guitar picks from Zach, drum heads from Barry signed by the entire band and more so get commenting people!

Submitted By: Chris I'm 40 yrs of age and still Rockin' I bought tickets to see Godsmack a few years ago and Shinedown was there. I'm pretty picky when it comes to vocals and lead guitar sound. I LOVED you guys. Thats the true test of your sound and abilities as musicians when you play in concert. Since then, I have purchased EVERY CD and I have one DVD of you guys LIVE. I can't say enough about the Great Good 'ol Rock N Roll music you guys play. Awesome riffs, killer drums, great guitar ( Bass too!)Most importantly, you guys seem to write songs that are life experiences. PLEASE PLEASE keep the sound HARD and Different from the mainstreem crap out there. Do what you do best and that is PLAY KILLER MUSIC!! #1 Fan :)

How you captured words, thoughts, feelings, sayings, doubts, hope, trust, lies, high, lows...I sit and think....how did you get in my head? my heart? How did you come up with the right words to express the flying thoughts that misfire in my brain. You have such a talent and I have been a long time fan and I actually got to see you in concert for the first time in Albuquerque with Staind. Then I followed VH1 until the video hit number 1 - then I was totally proud of you guys!! Now I sound like a Mom, right? Well, I am.....lol I'm 46 years old and can't say enough about Shinedown. Then once I bought your CD and downloaded all the songs onto my iPod I just can't get enough of you guys. I LOVE every single song and I think both of my boys (15/17) have kidded me enough that I play your songs too much. So, I just look at them like they're crazy (funny, how my oldest now has your songs on his iPod)See?... Mom does know best!!! I am sooooo looking forward to seeing ya'll play in concert so I can sing out loud all the words to your awesome songs. Most recently I'm recognizing your songs played on TV shows and the NFL commercials and my sons go "Mom, there's your song". You all are incredible and I just wish you all the best of luck now and the future.

Submitted By: John A friend of mine got me interested in your music and it has been well worth it. My Mom passed away in October of 08 after a short battle with brain cancer. Through the tough times, I was able to listen to your music and get away from everything that I was going through. I believe it helped me get through the situation. I was able to see Shinedown live in Cleveland during Memorial Day weekend and I can say that I have not had that much fun in awhile. I have never seen a live band create so much energy and have as much fan participation as Shinedown does. They truly make it a memorable and fun experience. I can not wait til you come to Cleveland next.

At the end of their Second Chance video, Barry is in the back of the bus with this cute smile on his face. He looks alot like a guy at work named Dane. And the next thing I know he comes to work with the same hair style as Barry's. Dane is also a musician. Want your next video to be CALL ME.

I have even gotten into watching videos of the band on You Tube and I'm not a techy type person. But I've got to tell you every time I hear your cover of Simple Man, I get goosebumps.
