My son is going to be nine soon, and he loves your music...we have every cd that has come out. I went to the shinedown concert in columbus ohio. He has every picture that I was able to take on his wall. I would love to win this for him for his birthday. The financial situation in my home is hard...i relocated and have still been unable to find a job...i was hoping to win this for him....

I think the reason I should win this prize pack is for the following reasons.YOU guys have no idea how excited I am to be coming to see you at the DeSoto Civic Center August 17th. The last rock/metal concert I attended was Metallica in 1996, they were my 1st ever Rock concert and you will be my 2nd ever! I have 5th row seats to see you guys and I was waiting to purchase my tickets online exactly at 10am when they went on sale not to mention trying to wake up for 4 mornings in a row at 530am before they even went on sale trying to win tickets to see you guys from our local news station here in Memphis Tn, but since I could'nt win them by being the 5th caller I purchased my (2) tickets instead online for $ 116.75. ALSO "THE LYRICS TO "What A Shame" IS THE EXACT SONG THAT FITS THE LOSS OF MY BROTHER IN LAW WHO WAS TRAGICALLY MURDERED BACK IN 2003. I FEEL AS IF THOSE LYRICS WERE WRITTEN IN HIS MEMORY. HE DEFINITELY SMOKED THE 2 PACKS A DAY AND DRANKED THE STRONGEST WHISKEY KENTUCKY COULD MAKE. HIS LIFE WAS TAKEN FROM US AT THE AGE OF 28 AND BEING ABLE TO CONNECT YOUR MUSIC TO HIS LOSS REALLY HELPS ME TO UPLIFT HIS MEMORY. THE LYRICS HAVE HELPED ME CARRY ON IN MY DAILY LIFE WITHOUT HIM AND I WANNA THANK GOD FOR GIVING YOU THE TALENT "BRENT" FOR WRITING THIS SONG AND GIVING MY HEART THE PEACE THAT IT DESERVES. IT DEFINITELY IS "WHAT A SHAME". I AM SURE IF HE WAS LIVING TODAY WE WOULD BE ROCKING TO YOUR MUSIC TOGETHER AND SHARING THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING AT THE SHOW ON AUGUST 17TH. ALSO THE VIDEO OF "IF YOU ONLY KNEW" BRENT YOU LOOK LIKE MY BROTHER IN LAW IN THAT VIDEO, IT'S LIKE LOOKING AT HIM ALIVE ALL OVER AGAIN, I COULD NOT HELP BUT TO REPLAY THIS VIDEO OVER AND OVER AGAIN ON YOU TUBE. Well I'm a Police Officer in NC.. Every nightshift that i'm working I'm riding the streets and listening to my shinedown CD's.. I'm addicted to Shine down music, and I'm addicted to Call of Duty.. Its funny, everytime i'm riding around and the night gets slow I turn my radio up to Simple Man and Save Me, and it never fails I end up getting into something.. And then on those days or nights when its been a rough day at work I come to the house grab an adult beverage and play some call of duty to relieve the stress, I'll be there July 25th in Raleigh front Row!! to watch you guys.. Stay safe in everything you guys do!!! Ya have the best music ever!!

The radio station in my area recently started playing your song Crow and the Butterfly.....The lyrics of this song really speak to me and in its own way describe my feelings and what I am going through in my life. I have a son who will be 11 years old on 07/01/2010, on 05/30/2010 he lost his dad to an accidental prescription drug overdose. Many words cannot describe what he is going through but his father loved many different bands and types of music and we have found much healing through the lyrics of talented groups like yours. I have been trying to find your video to post to my face book page to share with everyone that knew him. (I believe there isn't an official one) In hopes that it can bring others as much healing as it has me and my son. I would love to win this prize for him, since he is like every boy and loves Call of Duty so that would be an excellent surprise for him. I just had to share with you how special your music is and how every fan out there appreciates what you guys do!

Our family of four, the husband and two daughters 12 and 15 totally appreciate the lyrics of Shinedown songs along with Alterbridge. We felt like we were at a command performance at your show in New Orleans. We feel the power. The girls feel superior knowing your music when their peers are listening to RAP!!!

i would love to win this prize for my for my dad. He is obsessed with call of duty. and i am just as obsessed as him but with Shinedown. i think that this would make a great present for him. i love my dad so much and it would just be perfect! i just want to be the best child i can be. :)

Winning would be great, but I would really rather you give a shout out to myself and my boyfriend, Dean, at your concert on July 24th in Charlotte, NC. We are huge fans. So much so, that we traveled all the way to Washington, DC to see you guys in concert with Nickelback in April. You were the reason we attended that concert. And, as expected, you were awesome. We can't wait to see you again in July. Your music appeals to such a broad audience. I have had a 6 year old singing "Sound of Madness", my 13 year old daughter loves you guys, and I turned my 73 year old mom onto your music. We will be sitting on the 7th row in Charlotte, seats 7 and 8. Can't wait to see you there. Huge fans, Susan and Dean ( Olivia, my 13 year old daughter).

I would love to win this for my husband and myself!!!! We loves the Xbox and I love Shinedown!!!! We have had a hard time of for the past several years. We almost called it quits for our relationship do to my husbands drinking. I was ready to leave by he agreed to go to AA if we tried to work it out. I decided to stay as we have 4 children. He has not had a drink since that choice its been a year and a half. Shortly after that, he had an accident in his work truck. He is unable to work, so he lost his job. I had to go back to work, and now he is the stay at home parent. I really like my job, but I love being home with my kids more. The past two years have been emotionally and financially hard for my whole family. We struggle often, but do the best we can. We are having our 11th anniversary this year, on July 30th. Shinedown is in Philly that night, so that is where we are going to spending our anniviersary. That is our present to each other. We saved long and hard to be able to go. There is no place we would rather be, then spending it with you guys!!!! So, anyhow, winning this would be really great. As it has been a while that we had anything positive come our way, and this would be really special to us. We love you guys!!!!
