This video is the best one I have ever seen! I always say that I'm going to stay dry eyed whenever I watch it, but that never happens. Great job showing what the song is really about :)

Awesome video!Glad I finally found the concept behind it.This song makes me cry and so does the video. As I lost my daughters dad 4 yrs ago. We werent together when he died, but we were still good friends

ohhh this song and video is beautiful!! made me tear up. The crow and the butterfly is one of my favorite songs ever (next to Kashmir) but you guys do such a good jis in your art. it is very touching and relevant in most people's lives. THANKS FOR WHAT YOU GUYS DO!! :)

I shared my original comments on the page with the video. The fist time I really listened to the song I knew what it was about. Then I researched it and the band. I am a mother who has lost a child - a 3 year old daughter. She died on Dec 28th 2004 5 days after her birthday. The video is so beautifully made. It shows the mother coming into the room astonished to see everyone going on with their lives - eating, drinking... Don't they know her world has ended? She is constantly "chasing" the memory of her child. I do that all the time. And it does kill you... keeps you from sleeping, breathing... living. And the child does want us to go on. She/he is in a much better place than we are. We are the ones left to wait to be with them. Their memories are all we have... so we need to cherish them. I feel a connection with the band. Many of the things I have read or watched that Brent has said have brought me out of my dark place here lately. I just recently "met" the band online. Brent is very positive about moving forward, fighting your demons both internal and external... Looking forward to seeing you guys as soon as you come ANYWHERE near me!!! (I think it will be Mobile)

Haven't been on line in a while, been outside catching up on yardwork before the grass grew over my head! I've been getting my daily fix of SHINEDOWN with the I-POD though! I LOVE the new video! But I don't think you've done anything I don't love! I keep an eye out for whenever you close to my home so I can get the live version! Nobody beats you guys on a live preformance!!! My daughters and my granddaughter already have our tickets for THE SOUND OF MADNESS tour!!! See you guys there!

Hey guys! I've not been online in some time! This is the first i've seen the new video..I gotta say absoutley love it, each video gets better and better each time. So, I absolutely love you guys to death and think you're an absolutely amazing and talented group of guys. I have been to lots of your concerts and cruise (haha) and I think you're music is so inspiring. However, (sorry) I didn't like the new "Crow and Butterfly" video. I just didn't feel the connection. You guys were great..but I just felt like the performance with the dancers and such just didn't match the intensity of that song. Now I know I'll get hate mail from this...lol, but I still love you guys and hope to see you rockin' in the future!!!

Haha. The video made me cry too, like the three fans that posted their comments below. :) I LOVE it though! It fits the song perfectly. And it is just so beautiful. I think it's one of my favorite Shinedown videos! (Breaking Inside is still #1, but yeah~)

I saw the video on Friday and haven't been able to stop watching it.it has such a beautiful,haunting look to it.one reason I love shinedown's videos.visually they are always different then anything else.it also fits the song perfectly.Like a few others,I cried watching it.well done guys:)

I absolutley love the video! It fits the song perfectly, you can see and feel the emotion when you watch it. The setup of the set and the storyline is fabulous! Very well done!!

Love Love Love Absolutely LOVE this video!!!! It was beautifully done and so much emotion in it! I literally cried at the end! It was amazing! Shinedown never disapoints! I saw the video yesterday someone posted it on youtube. MY first thought was WOW! It was amazing, I didn't think any video could ever do that song justice but you guys proved me wrong along with a lot of other's I'm thinking. It was great to see Zach have his time in the spotlight it's well deserved. Great solo. As always Brent your voice captures and amazes me awesome job. And I can't leave out Eric and Barry a great job guys. As always well done. I think the time off did you all some good. lol
