Barry,Hows it goin.I live just outside of Memphis and Kid Rock is coming with jamie Johnson the 12th.I asked my 11 year old son if he wanted to go and he said and I quote,I'd rather see Shinedown and I said son,So would I,When you do come back We are there..Keep the Rock Real,roll on baby you Guys are the future.Making History,DK

Hi Barry, Fist, I wanted to say thank you. "Second Chance" has a lot of meaning for me. To make a long story short my 1st husband passed away 3 years ago. His family has not accepted my new marriage at all. In fact, they don't even acknowlege my child's step dad or brother. That song really says everything I could ever say to them. Second, When is the new album coming out? And Last, my whole family LOVES the band and can't wait to se you again. It will be my daughter's 1st concert! When can I buy tickets for the new tour in upstate NY?

I just wanted you to know that my 11 year old girl is in love with you all and she just found out you was coming to Memphis in May Music Fest and she is begging me to take her there. I told her I was not sure we would have the money and that I did not want to have her around all the people getting drunk and doing drugs and she said but I will one day be around them my first time should be with you. I love you guys keep up the good work and great songs.

i wanted to tell you that you guys are an inspiration to me. My dad passed away in december 2009. Soon after I was listening to the sound of madness cd. I really listened to the words of What A Shame. It was like the song was written for my dad. Every verse matches his life and the journey he took. He even lived in Georgia. I can't listen to the song without crying. But they are motivational tears. I know the song was not written for him but it's amazing how much it relates to him, so thank you. Thank you for giving us fans the opportunity to be a part of your music. Thank you for helping me have closure with my dads death. You guys ROCK!!!

Hi Shinedown My son and i have been fans of the band since you guys first statred out and hit the Phoenix scene. Seen you guys play at Alice Cooperstown in Phoenix and at the America West Arena on the Van Halen tour. guys beihind us tried making us sit during your set, "no way!'...i think we were all of 5 people cheering ya on. Any plans to hit Northern Nevada soon?. Keep rockin' guys, safe travels

I have noticed when people get together as a band the sound they achieve is not always the sound each individual would prefer. Are you playing the type of music you would create if this was the band you created on your own.
