Shinedown has been added to the third annual Monster Energy's Welcom To Rockville 2013! The festival will take place on April 27th and 28th at Jacksonville's scenic Metropolitan Park. The festival also includes performancses from Alice in Chains, Limp Bizkit, Lynrd Skynrd, 3 Doors Down, Stone Sour, Three Days Grace, Papa Roach, and many more! Ticket presales will take place on Tuesday, January 29th and Wednesday January 30th at select Metro PCS stores.
