What's going on everyone out there in Shinedown land!?! ZM coming at you here on the bus from New Orleans where we just had an amazing 2 days off filled with lots of Southern food, Beer, and I'm sure a Hand Grenade or 2 thrown in there. We're headed to Austin to play the Austin Rodeo which I believe is our 1st rodeo ever. . . *Survey says?* YES , In fact it is. Anyway, we hope you have all been doing well out there while we were "Living in the Land Down Under" as the Esteemed Colin Haye & Men At Work would say. 1 question . . Did you miss us? . Well we missed you as well! We had a total blast in Australia as well as Hawaii! We'd like to take this time to give our EXTENDED thank you to Warner Australia and the whole Warner team over there in OZ for making our first visit so memorable and we can't wait to get back; it is truly a breathtaking place as was Hawaii.

But, enough about that, we're now back in our homeland and ready to rock a little bit more stateside! We're starting out this leg with about 2 weeks of headlining dates with Automatic Fire & Sore Eyes. Then we start the 2010 leg of the "Dark Horse" tour with Nickelback- we are very excited about seeing them blow up EVERYTHING and set EVERYTHING on fire. Also as you may know in the middle of that we will be attending the "Vh1 Best Cruise Ever" With our friends in 3 Doors Down, Lifehouse , Black Stone Cherry and MANY more. On another note. . Sometime in the next week or so we will be announcing a HUGE! HUGE! HUGE! Summer Headlining tour . . . and I mean HUGE! We can't wait for you to hear about it!!!

In the meantime check out the site, The Tweets, the Myspace, The Facebooks... and any other Social Networking site they will probably create by the time you awake in the morning. And last but not least. . I know I'm a sap and I say this a lot, but Thank you to ALL of you for ALL of your support with this record, we know we have been touring it for going on the 3rd year now, but that's only because you guys won't let us get away from you . . and we truly from the bottom of all 4 of our hearts appreciate that. . . So thank you again for all your love and support . You guys are our WORLD!

My 15 year old son was killed in a car accident 5 months ago. He had just seen your band in Tulsa and learned Simple Man on his guitar the night before he died. He was wearing his shirt from the concert in the accident. We played Simple Man at his funeral. My 20 year old son and I are coming to the concert in Tulsa on April 24th and would give anything to speak to you and have your band sign Kody\'s guitar. You were his heroes and you can\'t imagine what Simple Man and your other songs mean to us. Please, if possible, could your manager or someone get in touch with me. Thank you so much! Your true fans were there, and it\'s all I could do to not hop the fence and get down up close. I am not used to a show like that, but I hope it does not make you guys dislike Austin. I expected many more people, and was embarrased at my city for the turnout! I will see you in Dallas with Nickelback, but once again we will be forced to admire the show from the back :( Just wanted to say thanks for kicking ass, and also wanted to say that Devour has become my new anthem for the drive to and from work, playing it as lout as it will go, and singing at the top of my lungs to all who I pass driving way to fast! I have also seen the dark horse tour of nickelback. Its too is also amazing and im sure you guys will have lots of fun!! i as a fan would like to thank you guys for making music so enjoyable. would like to add that i like the what a shame video. Thanks Shinedown for making such awesome music!!!!

I\'m glad you had such a blast in Australia and Hawaii. I hope you had a great time in Austin last night; have fun on the rest of the tour! And take care! .... Man, that sounds great! I\'m curious about that HUGE tour.. But you know, we all miss you very much over here in Europe too. I, personally, am despairing \'cause there are no dates for Germany announced. I really really REALLY hope to see you guys at least one time before you hit the studio!! I know you\'ll be coming to some festivals, but I don\'t have enough money for festivals, so.. I hope you\'re gonna do a (headline) show in Cologne! .... I\'ll definitely be checking the site, Twitter, MySpace, FB etc. daily to see if you have any news for us.
