hey zach the show at the iowa state fair rocked and made my birthday very special..we waited for berry to come get us then security made us go get in line for the cd signing and then your manager came up and said no way he didnt care what brent or berry had said nobody was going backstage..what i really wanted was just a picture with the band and he said no to that as well.you still made me have a great birthday thanks for signing my poster! will have pics on facebook tomorrow under mandafloros or you can email me at mandafloros@mail.com it meant a lot to this disabled woman to be able to see you in concert for the first time! kinda sad the manager said no but i understand you only have so much time to spend with fans maybe next time around????

I know on the record its in C Or something and live ive seen you play the intro starting on the 3rd fret on The E..Meaning your in Standard...but you also play the chorus on the E AND A On the 1st fret A And 3rd D and then Hit the bar chord on the E AND A 3rd fret..meaning your in Drop D so im so freakin Confused man hahah.If you could comment or write back eventually i would appreciate it so much Man, thanks Kenny

I have wanted to share this since the first time I listened to Crow and the Butterfly. We lost our 19 year old daughter dec 22 2007. She went to sleep and she never woke up, She wrestled with addiction over the years, was out of the house for close to a year, but she was winning and she came home. She was doing great when suddenly without warning she slipped away. The night she passed I woke up knowing one of my children had died. I checked whose car was gone, only my sons, I never looked in on her, I thought she was safe. She was found the next day,,, too late... a day doesnt go by , that I wish I had checked. I think she was saying goodbye when I woke up and since then I truly believe she sends me signs that she is ok and it was her time. ... Her favorite purple azalea bush burst into bloom the day she died, on a cold NJ winters day.....I saw it but it took days to notice it. I I find 4 leaf clovers over and over again,and when I found the first I knew it was from her....Many of your songs reminded me of her life, she packed so much into those 19 years... when I read your lyrics it was as if she was speaking to me.... right down to the clover...... hello! i just got back from your concert at mohegan sun. you threw your shirt to me and it was such an awesome concert! you also played a les paul and i have that same guitar, color and everything[: just letting you know haha. youre such an amazing guitar player..and im sure you hear that a lot but im just letting you know that i think youre crazy good and i hope to see more of Shinedown's concerts in the near future :D

I wanted to thank you for an amazing show in Philly last friday. You all gave me so much more that I was planning on seeing!!!! You give off so much energy, give of yourself the whole show and beyond!!!! I can honestly say, I think that was the best show that I have ever been too!!!! Thank you that!!!!
We also had the chance to meet you after the show. You were all very sweet and talkative. The talkative side of me wasn't there to much. I am a pretty shy person, so I was nice that you all were so friendly. You made it easy for me!!!! Your smiles would help anyone feel at ease.

Whats up bro Krystal is right, i got the right size shirt, but the letter looked like crap, you spend 10$ for shipping and you get this wrinkled piece of paper thats copied which wouldnt be so bad except the shape I received it in, you guys will forever be my favorite band and thats a fact, but ya know what would rock, if we got an actual copy of real autographs from you guys, something you could frame and show off, just a thought ya know, im not mad at all just a little disappointed thats all, on another note when are you guys gonna have a meet and greet in the Dallas area would love to hang and chat with you guys for a few, i know your busy and ill see you guys in Grand Prairie Godspeed my friend

I bought your 1 Year membership When I received the package nothing that I ordered was in there besides the note. I got next years membership package. That would not have bother me so much expect that the note looked like it had been crunch up then flatten back out. The shirt I order was the wrong size. When I went to the Upped website to see about get a replacement and how to send the other shirt back.I had to email them since there is no phone number. I have not heard anything back from them. I spent 45 dollars for this order and now I feel all I got out of it was access to the web site and a shirt that doesn't fit. I feel a little ripped off. And from some of the comments on the message board I am not the only fan that has had problems with this company. When my membership is up in a year I won't be renewing it. I would rather spend it at one of your concerts then get rip off again. I think you guys are amazing and wish the company you guys use would show the that same respect that you guys show the fans.

caught your show in Charlotte on the 24th. I have been a fire fighter for 12 years now and have seen many spectacular things in my 31 years in this world (good and bad). Let me tell you something, of all the things I've seen, NOTHING compares to your show! It was a feast for the eyes and ears. It was more than spectacular, it was epic....damn near spiritual!!! The show, the crowd, and the energy changed the way I look at things and I just wanted to say thank you....all of you for the show and evening of a lifetime. P.S. My girlfriend told me that if I went to the show, she wouldn't be here when I got home....damn, I'm gonna miss her! lol

My orange car has a new tattoo! There are so many reasons I made the request. I want to share my story with the pictures from Germain Arena. I'm gonna throw a little video together and with the permission of everything that it is "Shinedown", I'm hoping to share the video here on this site. Man, if I had it all over to do again, I wouldn't have picked up the bottle that night... Regret... something I have been living with all my life. Shinedown's music, Barry, Eric, Brent and Zach is teaching me to overcome. I woke up in the Holiday Inn Express filled with regret and then I remembered "I met Shinedown, I have a new guitar and two awesome guys came out to see a stranger". Get the darkness out of my head... Celebrate the good times in life. My car is my escape. Everytime I get in it to go the store or a drive up to MIchigan to see my family I will see the "Goodness" in life and not the "Regrets" that have haunted me for my entire life.

I love your style and i have to admit and agree with you Zach when you said your band is making the music you have wanted to hear any band make in a long time! you all should hit up some local spots in Palm Beach if you have any down time! there is a great bar called Swampgrass Willies in Palm Beach Gardens that has an open mic night on tuesday nights and live local bands on the weekends!! would love to see you guys there! maybe we can Jam!

I was sooo mad b/c my friend and I wanted a pic with you guys, but during our standing in line for the "post concert autograph session", we were strictly instructed that NO PICS WERE ALLOWED! WHAT??? NO!! Maybe I misunderstood the announcer guy, but sure enough he repeated what I hoped I misunderstood!! UGH....Even after we tried to compromise with the law enforcement guys or whoever they were, we could not convince them for one teeny tiny little bitty photo!! Me

Dropping a line to let you know that my son Tyler has been bouncing off the walls waiting for the show at the UCF arena in Orlando. Happiness is when a father and son have the same taste in music. That being said, I purchased 2 Platinum VIP passes for him and I. He can't wait to meet you and the rest of the band in Orlando. At 16 years old he is becoming a fierce guitar player and puts you at the top of his list of influences.
