Hi! Always a pleasure meeting another Shinedown fan! And yes I finally made my decision LOL Burning Bright lyrics! I'm 32 yrs old and it took me this long to actually find a favorite band. I mean I've had favorite songs, but never a band I was this passionate about. I heard their cover of 'Simple Man' after my mother passed away and immediately fell in love with their music. Really didn't know who they were until then. I can't wait to get the tattoo and take pics. I just hope it turns out the way I want it LOL But I think if you feel as passionate about something then you should show it. And no I would never think you are copying me LOL You get what you feel is right for you. Whatever you feel is right for you then it's right.

Well since it is my B-day today, well really tomorrow but ya know. lol I wanted to send out a song that means a lot to me. While this may not be my fav song, it is the first taste of Shinedown I ever got, so it is special to me. I heard Chris Daughtry sing this song called ~I Dare You~ on American Idol. I did like Chriss version of the song, but what really slammed into me was the lyrics.

Oh yeah! They're really down to earth...I've met them a couple of times now, and they seem like great guys. I wouldn't know how to get into contact with them for the outline that you have though...That may prove difficult, but who knows! Stranger things have happened :)
Yeah! That's awesome that you got that personal experience with it! The last concert that I was at was by far the best...I had the opportunity to meet the band after wards and got a chance to talk with each of the members...What was really cool is that I had the chance to talk with Eric at Starbucks the morning of, I was walking to class, and he just happened to be there too lol...
Yeah, I hear you when you say that you want to get out and see some other areas. I used to travel a lot with my family, but now that I have moved out, I don't have that luxury much any more. But oh well! Maybe sometime soon!
Yeah, all of the Shinedown concerts I've been too have been amazing too!
Caitlyn, yes I have been blessed to live in an area that seems to get a lot of traffic over the tour circuits for numerous bands! Where do you live that they don't make it to your area?
