This is really hard...I'll take a stab...these are songs I'd need to have in my iPod.

1.Shinedown-Shed Some Light
2.Daughtry-Crashed and There and Back Again (tie)
3.VanHalen-Unchained
4.Bon Jovi-Wanted Dead or Alive
5.Judas Priest-Desert Plains
6. Queensryche- Take Hold of the Flame
7.Live- I Alone
8.Queen- Bohemian Rhapsody
9.Led Zeppelin-Rock and Roll
10.Aerosmith-Sweet Emotion

In no particular order:

Find The Real - Alter Bridge
Shed My Skin - Alter Bridge
The End Is Here - Alter Bridge
In Loving Memory - Alter Bridge
One Day Remains - Alter Bridge
White Knuckles - Alter Bridge
Stranger Inside - Shinedown
Cry For Help -Shinedown
What A Shame - Shinedown
Fallout - The Mayfield Four
White Flag - The Mayfield Four
Big Verb - The Mayfield Four
Eyes Of The Devil - Seether

Had to stop at thirteen but could list so many more from AB, AD and MF4, they're definately the bands I spend 90% of my time listening to.

Anything from Beatles and shinedown would make up my top 10, its hard to choose...

No order really

- "Creeping Death" by Metallica

-"Save Me"- Shinedown

-"Sanitarium" Metallica

- "EvenFlow" - Pearl Jam

- "Dream On" - Aerosmith

-"Cyanide Sweet Tooth Suicide" - Shinedown

-"Shed Some Light"- Shinedown

-"45" Shinedown

- "Hate My Life"- Theory of a Deadman

- "Crying Out" - Shinedown

Pure ecstasy, if Myles' solo album is anything like the MF4, my life would be complete, I'd be ready to die.

Wow... not sure I could make me a "top ten" without making some poeple cry. Let's try this, in no particualr order.

1. Hallowed Be Thy Name (IRON MAIDEN)
2. Broken Wings (MR. MISTER)
3. 45 (SHINEDOWN)
4. Boulevard of Broken Dreams (GREEN DAY)
5. Spanish Train (CHRIS DE BURGH)
6. Let it Be (THE BEATLES)
7. You're The Voice (JOHN FARNHAM)
8. Wanted Dead or Alive (BON JOVI)
9. Elevation (U2)
10. On The Turning Away (Pink Floyd)

with very honorable mentions to...
Respect (ARETHA FRANKLIN), Stairway to Heaven (LED ZEPPLIN) , Stand By Me (BEN E. KING), Creeping Death (METALLICA), Tears in Heaven (ERIC CLAPTON), Against All Odds (PHIL COLLINS), Finish What Ya Started (VAN HALEN), Coconut Skins (DAMIEN RICE), Angel (SARAH MACLAUGHLN), Sympathy For The Devil (THE ROLLING STONES), Bony Portmore (LAUREENA MACKINNIT), Sweet Madame Blue (STYX), Smells Like Teen Spirit (NIRVANA), Nothing Compares (to you) (SINEAD O'CONOR), Walk This Way (RUN DMC AND STEVE TYLER / AEOROSMITH)....

Most of the above are, in their own ways, benchmarks of popular music. I like the idea of making a top ten, but I find it too small to narrow down 50 years of popular creation turned icons to 3 generations and more into a simple list.
