My fiance and I went to see Shinedown at the Allegan County Fair last night. It was so muddy, misty, foggy and just crappy weather, but it did not stop the fans or interfere with them performing. I have never seen a group show such an incredible appreciation for their fans, etc. It was an incredibly uplifting, entertaining show. What a show!! I loved the acoustic part. Wow, what a voice!! Thanks for such an awesome concert!!! :-)

I was there with my husband and daughters. We were wet, we were muddy, we were cold. But when the guys came out and the concert began, we didn't notice or care about anything but the music. They are all truly amazing and yes, uplifting! I don't think they have time to read them, but I tried sending thanks on twitter. I do know they heard our cheers and singing! I don't know how I can make it until they hit Michigan again. Until then Thank you Shinedown. Thank you.

I was shocked also. Groups usually come play for 1 1/2 hours and rush out!! With all the negativity on the news, this what mush of us needed!!
I was there as well and was blown away by the awesome perfomance! I could not get over the amount of time they spent after the show interacting with the people in the audience. I love their music and am amazed at how gracious they were toward us as fans. I'm SO glad I was there - mud, mist, fog and all - to be able to be a part of such a super-great night. Uplifting is the perfect word to describe it!! Thanks Shinedown!!!
I agree on all of your points. My husband and I were there last night as well, and they were awesome! The best show I've ever been to!
