...well that is what shinedown is isnt it? Barry even said that they write music for the radio... Its fine as me as long as they stay out of nickelback territory and make sure their albums are different. if the next album is 6 versions of second chance and 6 versions of if you only knew im not going to be happy.

The phrase 'Damn with Faint Praise' is probably the correct one in regard to 'American radio rock anthems' in the UK.
