I am a fan club member, but I cant find the presale code for the Dallas, Tx show?  How do we get it?

I am trying to get tickets to the Richmond Virginia show. I have not got an email either but I may have joined the club after the email was sent.

I still havent gotten mine for NY. This is kinda BS because I paid for the fanclub and they said I would have the code before 9am!!!
