I read somewhere that it took 3 years for everything done for LAW
Let them take as long as they want! At least it's true written music and not someone just reading what someone else wrote like most other bands. True perfection is not written in a year!
My previous comment was intended to be a joke because if you look at the time in between albums it goes 2 years in between LAW and U&T, 3 years in between U&T and SOM, and 4 years in between SOM and Amaryllis. So if you believe in trends it'll be 5 years between Amaryllis and Shinedown's fifth album. Some of you are wound a little too tight, it was meant to be funny.

& So what? I don't mind! They release their albums when they to have a fancy! This is thier creative activity not mine or yours. We are only fans! We aren't entitled to obtrude they anything!
Anyway... Metallica thier albums released at intervals of 5 years too!
Better enjoy this album because if you believe in trends Shinedown won't release their fifth album until 2017.

Thank's for the info my dearest friend~I did not know this,in fact I was starting to think that the album would also be called "Bully" but I really love this title "Amaryllis"!! Isn't today exciting!! I sat up all night waiting for the full length release & Brent & Shinedown does not dissapoint (as usual)!!! I am sure you must be over the moon & I of course am looping allready!!We shall enjoy together from across the World~Woooo...Hooooo...Also today is my Son's Birthday,but I am the 1 recieving the best gift ever!!!!
