I was at two of them on the last leg of their headline tour.
One was kind of rushed, and you didn't really interact all that much. The other was much more chill, and we got to ask the guys all kinds of Q's and talk about whatever.
It's gonna depend on 3 things, the venue, their mood, and how well their schedule is running that day.
Expect the worst, then hope for the best, that way you can't be disappointed!
Worst case, you'll get a hanshake, squeeze in a comment or question or two, and get a pic with the band. That's worth it IMO.

Does anybody know how long the VIP Meet and Greet is supposed to last? It's awfully expensive for just a handshake & a picture.
