Hey! Band Camp is f'n awesome! There's two stages and when one stage finishes, the next starts. Last year there were about 14,000 people. Just know, it's usually a mudfest - every year it rains right before the weekend! ha! It's an all day show - starts early.
If you are coming out, there are preparties the 2 nights before. Friday is an unofficial one in Janseville at the Back Bar. Saturday is the official one at Rev Jim's Roadhouse in Madison.
I'll be at all the shows. My friends from San Diego, Kicking K8, are playing both parties and it will be their 3rd time at Band Camp. My friends from Phoenix, Evolocity, played a preparty last year and jumped on stage with us last year - are opening the 2nd stage at Band Camp this year.
Honestly, it's a great show, there are 15+ awesome bands - it's a great day. Check out wjjo.com for more details on the show.
