  • How do we Get Refunds for VIP Packages to Billings?

    Hey, anyone know who we contact as the VIP package was booked through a link on this website. Is the metrapark responsible for all refunds? Shouldn't we just automatically be given the refund as its cancelled, its hardly fair that we should have to chase it up. Calls from UK to USA aren't exactly cheap.

Thanks for the advice. Artist Arena have emailed and said they are refunding to our card, which is good.

Asuming the sale was via artist arena

try emailing these and see if they can put you in touch with the right person
