Hey, anyone know who we contact as the VIP package was booked through a link on this website. Is the metrapark responsible for all refunds? Shouldn't we just automatically be given the refund as its cancelled, its hardly fair that we should have to chase it up. Calls from UK to USA aren't exactly cheap.
