@kristen i see what your saying. the best thing i could recommend is to come to terms with what is in the past and realize that you will no longer let the person harm you or hurt you the way they have in the past. i know it must not be easy but if you can do this then seeing the person won't hurt you any more.

yeah this morning i was arguing with a co-worker cuz she showed up late. our schedules are normally from 9am to 6pm Monday-Thursday. But on Friday we work from 8 to 5. I reminded everyone yesterday and she still came in at 9 and blamed me for not telling her. My arguement was I had told her and that we've worked here before so she should know by now. Oh well some people just don't listen.

well some peeps think i'm weird lol but they love my weirdness cuz i always tell them if i were like everyone else life would be boring. so i always tell them being weird is better.

i definately agree with you on that one. when i saw Sd in houston in october during the song fly from the inside i caught brent's attention and he pointed right at me he sang to me the word "pick your scene and take direction". although it might not have anything to mean with me i took it to heart, since I was about to graduate this may and I was not sure which way I wanted to pursue my future career since I had a few options to pursue those words resonated with me. Especially cuz he pointed right at me. lol. It was an awesome feeling.

yeah.... whenever i see his advice to people i take it to heart personally even when its not directed towards me because i know what he says is useful and he knows what hes talking bout. my boyfriend thinks im nuts cuz of how much i follow brent smith advice

Deffinately, I end to be very high strung, emotional, and ever so slightly bi-polar. It helps me relax and put this in persepctive and jsut remember to breathe. I have actually been thinking about tattoing the RELAX on my inner left wrist and on my right inner wrist probaly actually all around my wrist, Don't get so carried away. That way I have a constant reminder to myself. Like a personal , permenant sticky note to myself.

lol tony yoda nice name. haha. but yeah the song does wonders for me. keeps me grounded when i feel that things just don't go my way.
