aug 3rd in columbia, mo...finally!

Yeah...I love small venues but their next tour is with Avenged and their playing stadiums and amphitheaters.

That was definately the best show I have ever seen them play. It was definately worth the 2 hour drive and getting back home at 3 am to see them. I liked the smaller venue because they were able to make a connection with everyone who was there.

OMFG...the best show EVER!!!! I've seen many shows..lol and this was the best one ever!!!! I took my niece(her first show ever) and my brother...they LOVED it!!!! I introduced them to the guys...lol My niece thinks Brent is scary..lol what was funnier is when she got her pic with him..I told her not to look scared..after they took the pic..Brent scared her....he grabbed her arms and said Don't be Scared. She jumped so high it was GREAT!!!!! I love me them boys!!!!! I got some great pix and I will post them when I get the chance. It was weird though seeing just 2 bands..Black Stone Cherry and Shinedown...but it was so worth all of it!!!!! The boys are amazing!!!! Oh yeah...my niece almost poked Eric's eye out with a gum wrapper when we were sitting with him in the coffee shop next to the venue before the show..LOL!!!! Eric laughed about it though...lol More stories to come when I get the pix edited and uploaded.

Yep...show #30 and well worth all of it...I should be there between 11 and noon....just look for the chick with the bright red hair!!!! You can't miss me..lol

...and yeah, i did get the day off. i think the bossman kinda realzed i was taking the day no matter what so he just let me have it. :wink:

I requested off work and plan on going to the Columbia show. Traveling 2 hours to see them, which was exactly what I did to see them in Rolla. At least this time it will not be 5 degrees out like it was at the Rolla show and having to stand outside for a few hours.

Black Stone Cherry and maybe a local band(i think) I'll email the venue sometime this week

Who else is suppose to be there? I am thinking about making a trip to go, and was wondering who else was going to be playing with them.

My friends and I when we'd go to shows..we used to set our alarms and when it'd go off we'd be like..."TIME FOR CHURCH!!!" lol

I think I'm going to Drowning Pool..it's a Friday so I think I'm gonna get off work early...I really wanna see Drowning Pool again.
