I want to win tickets to the charlotte show! I think that should win because my husband and I NEVER agree on concerts to go see and never end up going together. This is our DREAM concert because his favorite band is Shinedown and I absolutely LOVE Will Hoge! Its an interesting combination and its like the concert was custom tailored for us! My husband recently lost his job and we are broke as a joke so we cant afford tickets at the moment, but are in much need of a fun night out together! Winning these tickets would be AMAZING! ~Steph

Orlando, Fl tickets I had the pleasure to meet the guys in October at HOB last year. UNfortunately I was in chemo treatment and was not feeling well, but the band still rocked and it was an awesome show. I would like for my daughter to go and experience the band LIVE and it be a great mother daughter night out. She is 13. I have put her through so much this past year and she has stepped up to the plate and helped me out tremendously. I could not afford the tickets to the concert since I am still paying for my treatments and doctor bills. As you now cancer is very expensive and my husband and myself work full time, but have used all our finances and savings to battle this. I have been through so much and have conquered it all.

Charlotte NC...My fiance & I fell in love around the time Second Chance got big on the radio here (sappy I know) but it has such a great meaning for our lives & relationship and we will be dancing to it on our wedding night in October...so our first trip together was to see you guys in the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach last year and we LOVED IT! You guys rock! We then took a trip to see his family in Detroit last March, and we were so surprised and excited when we found out you guys were playing there that exact same weekend so we took as a sign & bought our tickets again. On the way to the show, we took a wrong turn & got held up at the Canadian border for what seemed like FOREVER but we drove like crazy to get to the show & luckily we didn't miss a bit of you. Point is, we love you, every song you have we love, and we'd love to see you again in our home town or anywhere else we may get the chance!

Would absolutely love to win tickets to the Charlotte, NC show! We just moved here last weekend from Atlanta (yes, saw you there with Nickelback) and we could really use the BREAK from unpacking the neverending pile of boxes! The entire family (4 of us) love you guys! Take pity on us! Please, please pick us! :)

I have no clever story to post as to why I should win these tickets. Honestly, I have already bought four tickets to this show....but now I have two more of my sons friends who are wanting to go. I saw Shinedown in Asheville, NC, and then I took my boys to Altanta,Ga to see them with Nickelback. I loved both shows. As soon as the tickets went on sale for the Charlotte show, I bought four. My oldest boy is 17 and his best friend and girlfriend want to go with us. So the reason, I should win, is because I have already bought tickets and just need an extra pair! That way we can have a group of Shinedown fans traveling to Charlotte next week to see what I expect to be, an awesome show.

I should win these tickets because I love Shinedown. The other bands are cool too!! I tried to buy the $500 apiece backstage tickets today to the CAnandaigua NY show and they were gone :( I will be there one way or another!! Brian

I became a huge Shinedown fan a few years ago. Along with everyone else, Second Chance made a major impact on my life peratining to some issues that I've had with parents in the past. I felt the connection the first few time I heard it. I listen to you guys every day, all day long. My 13 year old son has been learning to play the drums and I insist that he plays me a Shinedown song at least once a day. he's getting really good and has been begging me to take him to see you guys play live. I can't believe that there is nothing in the schedule in California for the whole year of 2010, I'm absolutely heartbroken! We've even looked into buying tickets to see you play out of state somewhere (anywhere) but it's just not in the budget for us this year. If we don't win tickets, PLEASE oh PLEASE come to Los Angeles sometime in the near future! You guys kick the biggest, baddest ASS ever... just keep rock'in it - we love you!!

true story. about year & a half ago, i was in a terrible car crash. i was bleeding from the brain in 5 different spots, half my left lung collapsed, 6 different spots of my spine were chipped or cracked, my left collar bone & all the ribs on my right side were broken. they didn't expect me to live through the first night. until that point, i took life for granted. so many of shinedown's songs remind me of that. they have a positive message & i can apply them to just about every situation in my life. because of my love for their music, it helped me come through that situation, & anybody who has suffered a TBI or had someone close to them suffer one, it's not exactly something that goes away. i haven't had the opportunity to go see them & would love to actually see some of the people who helped my family & i. because of that, i would really love to be the one who wins the tickets to the virginia beach show.

wow i think i should win because i absolutely love shinedown and their music. the number one reason i should win is because ive never been to a shinedown concert and i am dying to go to one. i have 3 kids and im an at home mom so we dont have much cash on hand for concerts and this would be absolutely awesome. my husbands birthday is in august and our anniversary isnt until october but this would be a great gift for both of us. please please please let me win the tickets to the virgina beach show!!!!!

WE LOVE SHINEDOWN!! We have been fans for years. We had the priviledge of meeting the Band in person several times, most recently prior to a show in Vegas, and was thrilled that my husband and I were able to meet Brent at a hotel in California where I used to work. Well we just moved across country to Virginia as my husband reached his dream of becoming a firefighter. I am so very proud of him and really wanted to take him to the concert for his graduation gift, but the across country move was really tough on us financially. I would be so grateful to win some Virginia Beach, VA. tickets so I can give my man a well deserved post fire academy graduation. Thanks for considering us for the tickets and Rock on!

Orlando.... I'm a big fan of Shinedown and I really want to go I'm an 18 year old that cannoot afford to go because of money situations and all that but I love this band to death and it would just make my day and mean the world to me if I could go there and watch them live in concert and feel the high of seeing them LIVE! And this would be my first concert and it would mean rocking out to Shinedown my favorite band of them all. And it would mean the world to me.

Orlando...Im a big fan, been to alot of concerts...really want to go to the orlado one, but cant afford to because ive been out of work for 2 years and have to choose between concerts and electric bill...and no offense guys..I love yall to death.... but the electric bill usually wins. I would love to be able to see yall this year.

Orlando...No long story here. I'm a 50 yo old Shinedown fan and the father of a 15 yo son, Ryan, who is also a Shinedown fan. As my son gets older, he is finding his friends more interesting and fun to hang with. He wants less and less time with me. I get that. I was the same with my Dad when I was his age. But we like the same music and I would love to spend some time with him rockin' at the Carnival of Madness. I won't have much more time with him. As soon as he gets his license, I'll be in his rear view mirror. I am risking my butt going for these tickets because July 20th is also my 25th wedding anniversary. But I hope she'll understand. Holy Crap!! It's a Shinedown show.

I have no idea how I plan to convince you guys to give me some tickets for the Charlotte show, but i guess i can sure as hell try. I'm a seventeen year old teenager who just enrolled in college in Charlotte. I've gone to a few concerts in the last two years or so, including: Creed, Poison, Crue Fest II, and others, and i absolutely love them. Music is my passion, and you guys are one of my all time favorite bands, and I've yet to see you perform. I'd buy the tickets myself, but considering college textbooks can add up, as well as college tuition itself, I'm kinda screwed for cash. I love every album you've put out to date, and even love your cover songs. I'm not gonna lie, Simple Man is one of my all time favorite songs, and personally, I think you guys did it so much better, and you couldn't imagine how much shit i get for saying that, living in the south. But i do have to agree with the comment Shea left a few below me, you guys just fucking rock. Keep it up, and put out more, rock is NOT dead.

A friend introduced me to your earlier work and I have been hooked ever since, telling everybody about you. (I actually bought "The Sound of Madness" before he ever did). I NEED tickets to your show in Orlando, FL!! My brother was having marital/family problems and was unsure of what to do. How do you tell your little brother that you think he should just pack his shit and leave? You give him "The Sound of Madness" CD. It kicks you in the ass, speaks to the hurt and pain, and let's you know that you are not alone in it all. Well, he LOVES your music and he did leave after almost 19 years of lies and unhappiness. Two songs have specifically helped my brother through this mess, your "Breaking Inside" and "Happy Now" by Bon Jovi. If you send those tickets for my brother, I know that it would make him very happy. Thanks for the opportunity.

If you're still giving away tix for Jacksonville that would be great. I'm going alone and would love to be able to give away the extra ticket for free to someone deserving and looking for a ticket who cannot afford it. :) Of course I am going to see Shinedown, but 2 Puddle of Mudd shows I was suposed to go to this year got cancelled so this would be a great opportunity to see them too! :)

The first time I seen you guys was in Charlotte, NC. You guys were opening up for Tantric. Loved Tantric but had never heard of Shinedown. By the end of the show I was calling my friends saying "you have got to hear this band..THEY ROCK!!!". From that point on I was HOOKED!!! I became your biggest fan. Telling anyone who would listen "These guys are so awsome..They are gonna be big......I was right. Anytime you guys play a show in NC or SC I AM THERE... I have followed you from the begining and I .kinda feel like a proud moma...lol

I should win the Charlotte, NC tickets because that is the closest you will get to my town. Shinedown is the only band that I can listen to no matter what mood I am in and makes me all better. My friend and I usually always go to a concert or two during the summer but with this economy, I don't think that will happen unless we luck up and win a pair of tickets. Plus we love you guys!

I should win the tickets because Shinedown Fucking Rocks and I would love to see them live! Its just that simple.

i should win the tickets cuz i'm awesome. do i have to explain anything else? i do? aww... recently i just went to Miyavi's concert and i was in 3rd row, and was completely wowed. BOBO could seriously play the drums without even looking, half the time he was looking somewhere else, Miyavi liked playing the guitar behind his back a few times. honestly i want to be able to compare shows XP because i really like Shinedown and Miyavi equally for music. Miyavi blew me away live, and i am really hoping someday Shinedown can. working at McDonald's doesn't pay anything and i saved for MONTHS just to see Miyavi's concert with my friend in Georgia (waited 9 hours outside the venue; 10 altogether). (i am from FLORIDA- WOOOOT.) now my friend and i are SOOO strapped for cash because of the last concert. everyone said it was a crazy trip, it was crazy, but it was fantastic. we really didn't have the money. but i don't often get to have fun. in fact that was the first time since i can't remember that i had fun. and honestly that was the first time i looked forward to anything in YEARS. Miyavi's crazy - in a good way. i would want to go to the Jacksonville or Orlando show. i think both are about equal distance from where we live. i've listened to Shinedown since i was in my senior year in high school in 2006, it really helped me get through hard times then, and still keeps me strong today. so i am very grateful nevertheless. your music really impacts my life. it would be another awesome experience being with a bunch of other people that share the same common interests. i've been thinking about who i would take, and actually i would take my mom because she likes Shinedown too, and she just got laid off work, so i think i want to have a fun time with her too this summer-if i can ;D it would be so great! we haven't done any mom and daughter bonding for a while... it will be a surprise for her, i won't tell her unless i win (^ ^;) peace & love, Becky

I am hoping to see shinedown this summer. Last year we were able to see shinedown at the cains ballroom in Tulsa and it was the best show we have ever been to. Your music means so much to me and my wife and we always look forward to your new songs. It just gets better and better so keep it up. Lifetime fans in oklahoma.
