I have been following you guys and loving every bit of it since Leave A Whisper!! Your music is so inspiring! I am a contemporary dancer and I love choreographing pieces to your music!! Crow and the butterfly was the first piece I ever choreographed for myself, Thanks for so much inspiration!!
Hands down the best new band out there.Lyrical content and stellar musicianship.And a god giving voice such as Brent Smith how can you go wrong.So far ever thing they do is golden.And i know their live shows don't dissapoint either.Man they came to Kenewick Washington last year and i missed the show.I promise that i wont miss them again.But they put out their live dvd recorded here so i got that.WOW!! What a band.Thanks guys for the killer tunes.

I have Spinal Muscular Atrophy and I'm a powered wheelchair user and I find your music inspires me and gets me through some rough times. I think Brent has the best voice ever! I'm going to your London concert in February 2012 and I can't wait............ I wish I could meet you guys one day, it would be a dream come true!

My forty year old military son (Career Army) turned on his sixteen year old daughter and me, his 64 year old father to your music. I was driving with him from New Orleans to Fort Polk, La. It was December 26th. It was late at night and I asked him what kind of music he liked at 40 years of age.
He popped into the CD player "The Sound of Madness". I was blown away. Didn't think I could be taken back to a more youthful time. I'm a fan and I have mentioned your music to other's. We're counting down the days till Shinedown come and Rock London. Our favourite band ever and Brent's voice is just totally amazing. WILLIAM'S MOM~Wow,great story and a pretty great Son too! What a cool way to bring attention to such a huge issue & devastating disease which affects so many lives and family's! I feel that the theme song that you both have chosen for the walk is perfect for the cause! I can understand your concern but incredible amount of pride also as I would imagine you are filled with! Such an increible journey being made by such an incredible young man and I wish him all the best & much strength when the going gets tough~Will check out the site and try to follow his progress and whenever I hear "Second Chance" I will think of you both & as a mom of 26,28 & 31 year old's,It is obvious to me that you have done a wonderful job of raising such a giving young man! Hi - just wanted to let you know that Second Chance is my son's theme song for his charity walk @ www.ajourneyforthememories.com. He's walking alone across the United States for Alzheimer's. When he told me (his mom) about his trip I was very concerned because of his age (20). He and I have adopted this song as his theme because he probably would never have the opportunity to do this again. Every time it plays on the radio, I think of him. I thought you'd like to know about him.

I saw you a couple of years ago in Dayton, OH while on the Jeagermeister tour. I had been a fan before that night, but found a whole new appreciation for you with your performance. You didn't do a lot of talking, or screaming. You came out, gave a brief background to the song, and sounded amazing! I'm a pretty open minded person and don't offend easily (I go see Motley Crue every chance I get), but was so sick of hearing the "F" bomb dropped every 5 seconds by the MC and other bands that night. You were very energetic, but not offensive in the least. For that, I thank you. I have no problem with my daughter, nieces, or friends' children hearing your music. It doesn't make me blush, or have to explain to their parents why they're using foul language, or talking about sex. Shinedown NEVER comes out of my car's CD changer. Keep the great music coming!
Awesome to see so many of us Classic Rocker's Lovin us some Shinedown!! I'm 49 & just have to listen to Shinedown & other Rock pretty much whenever possible,just not a great day without some great Rock in it! Love how S.D.takes me back to my party day's & so many Rock & Roll memories~I plan to be Rockin out from my Rockin chair & singing S.D. tunes at the top of my lung's (and I can't sing for s#&t )!!! I am 52 and a single mother of 2 grown children and I live in Florida, you all make us proud!!! I just listened to "Simple Man" for the first time... way to cover the other GREAT Jax band!!! Yall ROCK! My current favorite song is Diamond Eyes whenever it comes on the radio my volume goes up to at least 25.

I am 44 and mother of 3. My son who is now 24 has listened to you for years. I recently with in the last year heard your soulful and beautiful voice and ashamed to say that I at 44 am addicted to your music and love watching you on upstream and you tube. One of these days when you come to Florida I will come to a concert. Do you ever do a meet and greet and will you try that here in Florida?

Hey Shandi--- what is the file type of your photo? ie jpg, gif, png, etc. This could be affecting the upload process. Also, what happens when the upload fails--- do you get a certain message in particular?

To upload photos or videos to the site, you may click on the PHOTOS tab in the navigation bar at the top of the site and then click POST A PHOTO>> (located at the bottom of the category list or click just here: http://www.shinedown.com/upload/) Then, click "Choose a File" to select a file that you have saved on your computer that you would like to upload to the site. Select a category and title and then hit SAVE>> and you're set! It may take a few minutes to show up on the site.
