Well, I'm already pretty crazy. Now I have a new song to be live this crazy life to. I had memorized it before sunset on 1/3/12 and ready for the next.
I like it, & personally I have been waiting for Shinedown to come out with a new album for some time now, & I can't wait to hear more of it, & also find out the name.
This song is head and shoulders above todays market of mundane rock! What a way to remind everyone what real rock sounds like!

Amazon usually doesn't update a midnight Eastern time and I don't see it on iTunes. I think more waiting is in order.
That's been the case for every song I've ever purchased digitally. Midnight Eastern time at that so if you are on the West Coast, keep an eye out for it earlier!

I hope so too.......and that it doesn't get "over polished". That song had a cool, raw vibe to it.
Also, I like how there is still a dead link to the old message boards. I click it from time to time, hoping they somehow resurrect.....haha.
It sounds like a watered down rock tune with weaker lyrics than Nickleback. I'm holding out hope for the rest of the album.
Sounds cool. I hope that 'Underground' demo we heard during a web chat makes the album because that sounds fucking awesome. Also, I miss the old black boards. Much easier to keep up and see everything and feel the community. You can guess who I was on there.

Dammit! I broke down and listened to it. Apparently I have no will power either lol. The preview is good, not great, but I can see the full song impressing me much more than the preview. I really like the line "Make another joke while they hang another rope". I really think this will be one of the weaker songs on the album, but I'm sure the label picked it because of the anti-bullying message.
It sort of looks like a bunch of drumsticks, but that's probably not what it is.

Right on, yeah I remember. Yeah this board is pretty cumbersome with 9 out of 10 topics being about either release dates or "when are you coming to ___________??????". I think its time for someone to ask for clarification on what the real lyrics are to Second Chance. It always cracked me up how upset that got people. The internet is serious business lol.
But yeah.....Bully.....part of me wonders if they will release it to radio before Jan 3rd....
Depends on what you consider an old timer lol. I've been on the SD boards since the UAT days. My first username was "Brent gave me his beer", then "Foot In The Dark Meat" post-UAT. I miss the old board format. Hopefully they'll change it up for the new album.
