I did the same thing and the
I did the same thing and the pre-order isn't in the CD sleeve, it's only a "20% discount" thing I've contacted shop@shinedown.com and they originally told me it would be 7-10 days after you're pre-order and got told again yesterday it was changed to be emailed to you after the release of Amaryllis, BUT I STILL have yet to get my email or ANYTHING for my membership -.-

I pre-ordered and received the Deluxe Package of Amaryllis yesterday. With the package, I am supposed to get a one year membership to the Fan Club. How do I redeem this?
