I love his voice, the music the entire video. I love how he really gets into singing and he sings as if he is singing about his own life. He sings with feeling, and the other guys are in it just as much it seems. This was the first video I was hooked on completely then it was simple man and the rest followed thereafter. Thank you for your music which makes me happy when I am sad or even when I am angry.

This song helped me to remember that people still are out there that want help. I've been in recovery for 27 years and I guess I had become jaded by the ones who didn't want to "do the deal". Also helped me to remember the agony of alcohol and drug addiction very vividly. Another day of sobriety behind me and a renewed conviction to reach out "to the still suffering"
This song was played for a good friend of mine while in rehab and she had an addiction to pills. It is very fitting for people in recovery and goes for allot of their songs. I have been clean now for 15 months and i listen to these guys all the time. they help me remember and it gives me hope that i can continue a clean life..
this song amazed me when I first heard it, it was like it was written for me, it fit my life so much that I had to take a step back and look at myself and my life..."I can hardly remember the look in my own eyes" played as i looked at myself in the mirror....let me just say....I knew it was time to change. about 3 years agao my 20 year old nephew gave me a bunch of songs from bands I had never heard of to listen to. out of all the songs (at least 20), there was one that blew me away. Save Me by Shinedown. I listened to it over and over again. I then went to limewire and downloaded any song I could find from this amazing band.. I loved every song and have been a huge fan ever since then. It was great to finally hear them on the radio and have everyone else discover what I did.
Brent has the most beautiful face I've ever seen! The talent Shinedown shows with each CD, performance and chemistry is mind blowing! This is THE SONG that got me hooked as a die-hard Shinedown fan for over 5+ yrs now. After I saw the video, Brent sealed the deal as my #1 fav band of all time! Finally, someone put into words what I was going through at that point in my life and I was not actually alone in this world. I recently met them at a meet and greet at the 8/2010 concert in Cleveland and I was too nervous to actually get any real substantial words out of my mouth. I hope to meet them again and actually have a meaningful convo about their music and messages within. I've been a fan from nearly the beginning and I don't forsee me stopping anytime soon. Come back to Cleveland soon!!!!

But I gotta say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the part that says,... "jump in the water (drown here with me),... jump on the alter (lay down with me)",... ofcourse I do, love it, that is!! (DAH!
