I just sent an email to each of the contacts available on their main site. How long did it take for you to get it fixed?

Well, I got an email saying that my passwords to each site doesn't match. so I changed my password here to match the shinedown.com site, and now my problem is fixed. hope this info helps anyone else who is having the same problem.

Hmm. My passwords didn't match and when I was still on my first year membership, I could access the stuff. But in november, which is when my second year started, that is when I started having problems accessing the exclusive stuff. After I changed my password to match each other, everything worked fine. Maybe it is a glitch? Not sure though.

I haven't gotten a reply yet as to what to do, and my access still doesn't work. I guess I'll go bug them again, but I'm disappointed it's been over 2 days and haven't gotten a response.

Oooohhhh, so THAT was it! LOL I tried to log in and it said my account was innactive, so I just sent for another password and got right in. I was having a mild panic attack! :shock: But it only took me a couple of minutes to get is fixed. Then it said "Your account as been reaactivated". It didn't occur to me that the new memberships were kicking in! LOL That' what I get for renewing sooo early last year! :wink:

Ok, no replies to either of my inquiries. And I have tried all of those links, but when I put my info in, it just keeps redirecting me to the login page. I need to know who updates the shinedown.com site so that the two are talking and correct. Now, I CAN order and have ordered the lithograph, so the store even recognizes that I am an active member, I just can't access the SDN exclusive posts and stuff. Ugh, but at least I got the lithograph.

When you get to the login page, put in your user id or email, then click "forgotten password". It should send you a new password. It worked for me.

I "preordered" it. Go try it now. It won't ship until tomorrow, but its been on sale since at least this weekend.
And I tried the password. Now I can't sign in at all. Still says not a member. Definitely an issue that my renew didn't go through correctly.

Now I'm having the opposite issue- I can sign onto the DB but it won't let me sign onto the store to order he poster. :cry: I am getting very aggravated! I stopped with the pw issue long enough to try to watch the chat, now I'm going to try again. You know, if they were going to sell it earlier than they'd expected, they could have let us know!!

It's a quiet thing. This isn't the first thing that I've ordered early. It's basically just a preorder, it's not like you'll get it early or anything. I've gotten the vinyls that way too. I think last year's poster as well.

:D FINALLY figured it out! I had to go back and find the original e-mail they sent me when I first signed up for SDN and it worked on the store. So now I have three different passwords- one for the main Shinedown site, one for the Nation, and one for the store. LOL I need a notebook to keep track of everything! :wink:

Ok, finally got a reply from someone over there. It is indeed a password thing but when I tried the EXACT same thing today as I have been, it finally worked. Whatever. I got my lithographs, I didn't miss much so I'm happy.

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but when I went to the main shinedown.com site to read up on the lithographs, it asked me to log in. I logged in and it kept bringing me back to the login page. I looked to make sure my SDN account was up to date, and sure enough, the new package went into effect 3 days ago. I looked at my profile and it does not have me as a SDN member. Soooo any suggestions on how to get that fixed? I am going to be upset if I miss out on the lithographs because of some stupid error.
